· Contractor possess strong technical acumen and experience in the Unified Communications portfolio, including Voice, Messaging, Mobility, Conferencing, Networking Protocol's and Video Technology platforms including:
o Acme Packet
o Avaya
o Cisco
o Microsoft
· Possess deep understanding of architectural concepts (data, technical and solution), issues and market trends.
o VoIP
o SIP
o Converged Networks
o Carrier network architectures and provisioning
· Must be able to research specific technologies and/or topics and be comfortable with formal presentations or "chalk talks" of various Work Place technologies disciplines.
· Strong oral, written, and presentation skills are mandatory
· Experience in multiple Hardware and Software Environments and comfortable with complex heterogeneous systems environments. Experience in leading multiple projects through the Software development process or Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and perform in a variety of different roles in that life cycle
· Creation of Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) and ROI/TCO models
· Microsoft Office suite skills (Power Point, VISO, Excel etc.)
· SharePoint Knowledge
