Urgent requirement for Project manager
Responsible for completion of overall project milestones
Creates project charter and schedule documents with the support of the team
Work with the team to determine milestones, and what will be needed to meet milestone (time, resources, etc.), and how the scope fits into the milestone timelines.
Creates tasks, works with project team to develop schedule and refine estimates based on abilities, dependencies and constraints;
Monitor schedule for slippage, and take corrective action;
Manage project scope using change control procedures •
Performs risk analysis for project. Identify and quantify risks. Develop and execute risk management plan in conjunction with sponsors. •
Provide monthly SPP updates and progress report to project sponsor, project team, and stakeholders •
