Job title: Lead Business Analyst
Duration: 6-12 months
Location: RTP, NC (Preferred)
San Jose, CA (depending upon the candidates)

Years of experience:

Minimum 8 - 10 years

Mandatory Responsibilities
 Proficient Pure Play Business Analyst Leader with strong business and functional background
 Person must have extensive business processes mapping and analyzing skills associated to the business processes, flows, and associated dimensions
 Person should have the expert ability to derive different and efficient analysis, metrics, and should be able to have accelerated and complete adaptation to the concerned domain
 Super excellent communication skills and having an assertive/go-getter kind of a personality
 Very well versant with requirements gathering process to documentation of the artifacts like Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specs, Mock Ups, UML flows, charts, Process flows, etc. Having super ability to present this at the executive level (Manager to Sr Managers, Directors and VPs)
 Excellent capability to lead, mentor and drive a team of other Business Analysts
 Exceptional Ability to ask the right questions and do stakeholder analysis
 Self-driven, energetic and excellent communication and collaboration skills working with business, multiple cross functional teams

• Experience working in Oracle ERP environment : Oracle 11i applications (Order Mgmt, Inventory, Oracle Workflow), Xelus, ETL platforms and Business Intelligence applications - A MUST HAVE !!

Desirable Skills
- Experience on Install Base/Manufacturing (a BIG PLUS)
