Job title: System Analyst 3

Client: Department of Information Resources
The Department of Information Resources (DIR) requires the services of one System Analyst, hereafter referred to as Worker(s), who meets the general qualifications of ITSAC System Analyst 3 Category, Core Technology Type and the specifications outlined in this document for the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) Child Support Division.
All work products resulting from the project shall be considered "works made for hire" and are the property of the OAG. OAG may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Workers) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by the Texas law. OAG will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Worker(s).
The Rational Tools Administrator will be responsible for the administration and support of Rational software which includes ClearCase, ClearQuest, RequisitePro, Rational Quality Manager, and Rational Software Architect. The Worker will assist with tool upgrades, provide guidance to junior administrators, and support the end users and their use of the software.

III.TERM OF SERVICE:
December 1, 2014 to August 31, 2015; 1568 estimated hours for this Contract Position. Service shall commence approximately when PO is issued and shall be completed by 8/31/15. This service may be amended, renewed and/or extended providing DIR Staff, OAG, and Vendor agree in writing to do so. If the OAG determines that particular Vendor personnel are not needed based on changes in circumstance, funding or business need, then the OAG may notify the vendor in writing or via e-mail and cause removal of personnel with ten (10) business days prior notice. In this event, no Vendor substitutions may be submitted.
