IMMEDIATE NEED

Position: Java Developer

Location: Washington, DC

Duration: Long Term

Job Description: 

Minimum 10 + years of experience of direct experience in  requirement analysis, designing, developing and deploying Java/J2EE/Flex /iBatis,/Hibernate based web applications

  Must Have the following abilities

•  Ability to interact with client to gather requirement and provide best possible technical solution (Domain and Business Analysis Skills )

•  Extensive experience in Design the application and provide low level design document to the development (Technical Designer skills)

•  Allocate the work to dev team and  track / manager the development activities (Managerial Skills)

•  Provide the technical solution and clarification to the development team (Teak Lead Skills )

•  Ability to interact with multi vendor to help or get the work dependent on other applications (Managerial Skills)

•  Update the IFC Management about the project status  (Managerial Skills)

•  Ability to perform  unit testing and provide feedback to dev. team .  System test provide feedback to QA team . Perform  Integration testing and provide feed back other teams .

Must Have Skills: At least 10 Years hands on experience in:

•             Java/J2EE / EJB

•             JSP, Servlets ,JavaScript, HTML

•             iBatis /Hibernate

•             MVC Framework

•             ANT, XML, XSLT, CSS

•             IBM Eclipse RAD

•             Demonstrate development best practices and knowledge of OOD

Database Skills - Writing  SQL, PL / SQL , Stored Procedure, Function, Triggers

Must Have Skills:

At least 8 Years hands on experience in:

•             IBM WebSphere Application and Webservers

•             IBM WebSphere Portlet Server configuration

•             IBM Rational Clearcase and Win merge tools

•             IBM Eclipse - RAD

•             Relational database (Oracle and/or SQL Server) and Toad Tool.

•             Experience in SQL and PLS/ SQL (Writing and Debugging of Procedures,Functions, triggers, Views, Tables, etc..)

2+ Years of experience/ knowledge in

•             Adobe Flex and Flex Builder

•             Spring and Struts 1.2 Framework
