#2) SAP PTS/Logistics Lead Consultants

Location: Thousand Oaks, Ca

Rate: 450/day

Description: Responsible for SAP Application Maintenance and Support project activities having expertise in SAP Logistics modules - Production Planning, Material Management , Warehouse Management and Quality Management supporting various end to end process in procurement, Inbound logistics,Inventory Management, Batch Management, Serialization, Inspection process .Cross functional module support with OTC and SUP. Engage with client IT and business users  for the selection, implementation and support of the SAP Logistic processes. This role uses consulting skills, Manufacturing/Life Science business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the client's business environment in order to achieve client expected business results. 


Responsibilities:

 • Facilitates the implementation and support of SAP Logistics module processes, Production break fix issues and maintenance /enhancement changes to ensure stable 
 production environment and enhance the clients' business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction • Trouble shooting SAP Logictic module replanted processes related system/process/user issues related to Design, configuration and Master and Transaction data and WRICEF objects • Design, configuration and testing, documentation, training  of  relevant processes. Responsible primarily for  providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on project deliverables and SAP solutions to the client. • Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigates, analyses, and solves software problems and maps client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs. • Maintains a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all client and organizational standards . Coordinate with Onsite Lead and Offshore PTS Lead  and team for day to day work stream operation activities and prioritize the work load as required. Manage the work stream service management queues, SLA, backlogs for Incidents, Problem Management , Service Tasks etc. Create daily and weekly operation status reports. Review and ensure the quality of work stream deliverable including the documentation, Incidents closure, Root Cause Analysis, Change process compliance .etc. Outside normal working hours provide on cal support for critical/high production related issues to support business. Coordinate with cross work stream and client teams as required. 
Q u a l if i c a ti o n s • Total 10+ years of IT/SAP experience with deep knowledge in plan to ship processes and manufacturing domain. • Must have at least one full lifecycle SAP R/3/ECC implementation experience (Project Preparation till Go-Live) • Must have at least 1 production support experience of global manufacturing/Life science client. Experience and knowledge in other integration modules .Knowledge on Interfaces(EDI/IDOCs).working knowledge in ALM and any of ITSM too

Description: Primary Qualifications

•SFDC professional should have overall  8-10 years of IT Experience with 3-4  years of SFDC admin experience, who is currently playing an Administrator role on
 Production Support environment.
• Should have hands on experience of Sales Cloud, Force.com, Data.com and Chatter.
• Knowledge of Scripting languages such as Perl or python
•Should have good understanding of working on hosted application and on premises Microsoft based online sites.
• Should have good understanding and work experience on IIS, Weblogic  Administration
• Should have hands on experience in Process Monitoring and Release Management.
•Should have high level Oracle Database Knowledge – should be able to write PL/SQL Script for  data validation
• Able to absorb\learn and adapt new technologies and features quickly.
• Experience in on-call support rotation for production servers that require 24 X 7
•Experience working in accordance with a tightly controlled change management environment
• Excellent follow-up, analytical and problem-solving skills

Description: • Minimum 6 years of experience in Enterprise Applications Integration (EAI) using full range of MQ Series and Tibco Products TIB/RVD
• Experience in Active Database (ADB) Adapter, File Adapters, Tibco Adapter, TIB/Designer, TIB/Hawk, TibcoEnterprise for JMS/EMS and B2B Product Testing.
• Expert level skills in MQSeries and Tibco Admin with EMS, Business Works, Tibco Business Connect, TIBCO Rendezvous, JAVA JMS, XSD, XSLT and with Product Testing Methodologies.
• Experience in Installation, Trouble shooting and support of MQ Series and Tibco
• Experience in Web Track Tool and Test Director bug reporting tools.
