• 10 years of experience in SAP R/3 with 3 full life cycle implementations, 2 roll-out & 3 support projects in SAP PP / PP-PI modules along with QM, MM and WM Modules.
• Extensive Business Consulting and Implementation experience across various Industry sectors such as Discrete Products, Food Products, Pharma Products, Medical Devices, Consumer Goods, etc.
• SAP experience includes GAP analysis, AS IS / TO BE reporting, Prototyping, Detailed Configuration, Reconfiguration, Training, Integration, Cycle Testing, System Upgrade, Support and ASAP Methodology
• Hands-on experience in studying existing process flow, legacy system interfaces for manufacturing solutions, and gathering business requirements, in close interaction with end-users.
• Significant experience in Master Data Management & Data Migration from Legacy System to SAP System
• Experience in Inventory Management & Warehouse Management, Goods Receipts, Goods Issue, Invoice verification, Stock Transfers, Transfer Postings, Material to Material Transfers, Physical inventory, Stock determination, Storage types, storage sections, bins, Storage Type Indicators, Interface between WM and IM, Goods movement and material flow – Inward and Outward movements.
• Expertise in Cross-Functional Integration.

·         WM Staging: Configured PP-Interface, Production Scheduling Profile for Transfer Request and Transfer Order creation, Supply Area creation and assignment, Movement Type and Storage Type assignment, Control Cycle Record creation, Configuring and customizing Goods Receipts, Goods Issues, Transfer Postings, Stock Transfer Orders, Movements Types, Returns, Reservations, Put away and Picking Strategies, Batch Management etc.

·         M module: Configured and customized Vendor Master, Source Lists, Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO) and Release Procedure for PR / PO, Goods Movements, Inventory Management; Goods Receipt / Goods Issue, Movement Types, Transfer Postings, Batch Management; Batch Classification / Batch determination

·         QM module: Creation of Inspection Lot, Quality Info Record, Inspection Plan, Master Inspection Characteristic, Sampling Procedure and Result Recording & Usage Decision for Inspection Lot

·         PP/PP-PI module: Configured and customized Master Data including Material Master, BOM, Work Centers / Resources, Routings / Recipes, Production Order / Process Order, Order Types, Confirmation Control Keys, Standard Value Keys, Batch Management, Demand Management, MRP/MPS, Planning Strategies; Long term, Consumption based planning, MTO/ETO, Make-to-Stock, Stock Requirement/ MRP Lists, Variant Configuration, Super BOMs, Material quantity calculation, PI sheet, Inventory movement, Order settlement etc.

• Strong Technical knowledge

·         ABAP/4 Programming: FRICEW Objects, Report writing of both classical and interactive ALV Reports, Data dictionary, BDC programming, LSMW & ALE /IDOC, SAP Script & Smart Forms, Module Pool Programs, User Exits, SAP Queries.

• Expertise in Gap analysis, identification and documentation of RICEF objects during implementation projects.
• Extensive Post Implementation Support for PP, QM and MM with emphasis on MRP, Purchase Orders, Stock Transport Orders, Production / Process Orders, Inventory Management and Goods Movements.
• Experience in analyzing business specification documents, developing Test Plans, Test Strategy, Test Scope and defining Test Cases and Automating Test Scripts
• Proficient in manual and automated Testing Tools such as HPQC for testing ERP Applications.
• Hands on experience in Unit Testing, Functional Testing, Interface Testing, Stress and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Integration Testing.
• Excellent analytical/problem-solving abilities coupled with organizational / team facilitation and end user training skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interface effectively with team members, customers and other developers.
• Has the motivation to take independent responsibility as well as ability to contribute and be

• Effective at transferring knowledge and developing reports for customer's top management
