Functional Expertise
•Working knowledge of Digital Retail processes
•Ability to apply consistent analytical processes and tools to new functional areas; ability to learn quickly

•Strong and proactive communication and deliverable development skills
•Ability to interact credibly with department management and staff
•Strong written and oral communication
•Ability to work in partnership with project managers and senior business and IT leadership
