TITLE: EC Business Analyst

LOCATION: Houston, TX

L&T Infotech is a leading IT service provider serving its customers across the globe. Due to our expansion in energy and process sector we are looking to hire candidates with upstream oil and gas domain experience.

Shortlisted candidates will have below profile:

Total job experience of 5-7 years.

Good understanding of upstream processes and data flow.

At least 2 years of experience on Tieto's Energy Component (EC) software. Knowledge and experience on Production module a must. Knowledge of Sales Transport and revenue module is a plus. Resource should have experience in deployment, template creation and technical and functional support.

Preferred to have 2-3 years of experience in Field data capture and Production Management with at least basic knowledge of SCADA and real time historians and other similar upstream tools

Experience of interacting with operation technicians, field managers and production managers.

Strong PL/SQL skills

Experience of working on report development

Hands on expertise of Microsoft office tools like Visio, Word, excel, power point, project etc.

Job Description:

•         The selected candidates will be working on projects involving support and implementation of EC.  Candidate will have to use EC front end to configure new wells, access management, EC report development etc.

•         The resource may need to interact directly with end users to understand issues/ problems/requirements and support them through their business processes. The candidate may need to mentor and lead small teams for EC support.

•         Help design new processes and procedure to support operational initiatives

•         Manage external relationships with key contacts

•         Modifying EC (oracle) custom procedures/workflows

•         Installations and upgrades of EC software, jboss drivers etc,

•         Trouble shooting of issues related to connectivity, data issues, access issues etc
