Position: MSI Service Mgmt Consultant  Location: Richmond, VA Duration: Long Term Interview: In-Person Only   MSI (Multisourcing Service Integrator) Service Management Providing project coordinator support to the IT Infrastructure Sourcing (ITSS) Program / MSI Project including routine coordinator activities (e.g., scheduling, tracking) as well as developing and documenting project-level processes and procedures MSI Due Diligence team:  logging requests from vendors, manning a document room, facilitating access to VITA and NG staff to perform discovery, escalating issues related to all that MSI solution analysis: during the bidding process, there will be tasks to compare proposals and seek SME input on options. Facilitating this would support the evaluation team's ability to focus on higher level tasks. MSI implementation planning and execution :  we may have to pull the MSI in earlier than we have currently planned.  Even if according to schedule, analysis of supplier candidate proposed plans needs to be performed and VITA tasks/dependencies planned for. MSI critical deliverables facilitation:  take direction from MSI lead and the MSI agreement terms, and help guide supplier towards defining, planning, and then VITA testing and approving critical deliverables. Most of these are ITIL driven reports or systems, OLAs, SLA DCDs, Service Mgmt Manual drafting.
