Job Description:

SCOPE OF SERVICES:

• Develop integration solutions that are flexible but scalable and meet business demands.
• Lead and convert business requirements into technical solutions and work with the team to implement.
• Design and architect solutions in accordance with industry best practices.
• Develop solutions using WebSphere Message Broker, WebSphere DataPower, IWay and other standard integration technologies.
• Provide technical expertise, estimates, and recommendations to the Development Team and project management.
• Communicate risks and issues to the project and business stakeholders.
• Participate in requirements discussions and meetings as necessary.
• Documenting technical risks and issues, and actively work to avoid/mitigate/resolve those risks.

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• A minimum 12 years of experience in architecting enterprise solutions using various integration technologies and web services.
• Experience architecting complex large scale systems incorporating packaged and custom solutions. 
• Must have java development experience with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Integration Development.
• Must have solid experience in Service Oriented Architecture and Web Service development.
• Experience in Enterprise Service Bus technologies such as WebSphere Message Broker. 
• Strong knowledge of messaging middleware such as Websphere MQ; 
• Strong knowledge of data integration technologies and processes.
• Strong knowledge of XML, XML Schema, XSD and XSLT/Path.
• Working knowledge of ETL, Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing concepts.
• Knowledge of National Information Exchange Methodology (NIEM).
• Strong experience in MVC and using other design patterns.
• Strong knowledge of Identity Management Solutions, SSO, SAML and OAuth.
• Experience with Oracle WebLogic 10.x+ or similar application server.
• Experience with relational database such as Oracle, MS SQL Server or MySQL.
• Experience with formal SDLCs and development methodologies.
• Experience with Ant.
• Knowledge of secure coding standards and best practices.
• Must have experience with Git, Subversion or CVS.
• Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources.
• Solid knowledge of testing tools and techniques.
• Must be able to provide documentation on their work.

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• A Bachelors or Master's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent experience is desired.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience using standard project tools including Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint

Knowledge of MuleSoft or WSO2 products is a plus.
