DETAILS:
Position: Sr. Android Developer
Location: North San Diego, CA
Duration: Long term
Interview: Will hire from Skype interview
Responsibilities:
- Create Android applications to interface to web-based applications
- Help develop elegant user experiences to please the customer and build our audience
Requirements:
- Must present a mobile application portfolio with links to published app store applications and code samples, if possible.
- Extensive understanding of Android, Java, OOP, design patterns, multi-threading, and relational databases
- Proven experience with Android and client-server application development; mobile platforms a plus
- Solid history in Computer Science (BS/MS in this or related field) with strong OO design and systems architecture experience with mobile device focus
- In-depth understanding of the resource constraints of mobile devices and the techniques to deal with them
- Experience with Agile principles and practices
- Experience with graphics, data security implications, communication protocols, and C++ are favorable
Fantastic communication capabilities with a passion for quality and simplicity of design
