Job Title: Oracle HRMS Analyst / Developer.
Location: Denver, CO.
Duration: 6 months
Summary:
· The Oracle HRMS Analyst/Developer will be responsible for delivering projects within our key Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiatives and enhancements to our internal customers. The candidate will be apart of a team of Oracle Developers and interact daily with Functional and Support analysts to fulfill development and support the ERP production environment.
Job Duties and responsibilities:
· Responsibilities include analysis, implementation, support and customization/upgrade of various Oracle products.
· Candidate will work on complex problems of diverse scope and will lead and assist in troubleshooting and fixing system and application problems.
· Provide 3rd level support to work on complex problems of diverse scope and will assist in troubleshooting and fixing system and application problems.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related program.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Strong Oracle Applications techno functional Developer that has prior experience with HRMS modules in E-Business Suite, (Self-Service, Core HR, Advanced Benefits, Compensation Workbench, iRecruitment, Talent Management, Oracle Learning Management, Time and Attendance).
· The candidate should have strong experience in working with the business users to gather the requirements, analyze and provide solutions on issues related to HR modules, suggestions on best practices and ability to handle the functional setups.
· Proficient with tools used to support Oracle Application development including, but not limited to PL/SQL, SQL*Plus, Workflow, Discoverer and XML Publisher.
· Experience in Oracle Applications Framework (OAF) especially customizations in self service web applications using JDeveloper.
· Strong knowledge of Oracle table structures, API's, Schemas, Oracle open interfaces.
· Extensive experience in Oracle11i (11.5.10) and R12.
· Experience in Interfaces (Feeder, Open), registering Concurrent Programs, Form Functions, Tables, developing Descriptive Flex fields in Custom Applications and defining profile values by AOL, System Administration and AIM methodology in Oracle E- business suite Applications.
· Strong documentation skills, communication skills, and customer focused approach.
· An effective communicator with the ability to work well with multiple teams and individuals to complete assigned work.
· Must have strong organization skills and have the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
· Must have the ability to articulate ideas, written and verbal, to technical and non- technical internal and external professionals.
· Must be comfortable and good at interacting and communicating with all levels inside and outside of the IT department.
· Must have practical experience with a Software Development Lifecycle methodology.
· Must be familiar with software control and software release management strategies
