Developer that knows infrastructure

Must-Have: Puppet, Ansible, Powershell, Ruby

The client is also calling it a hosting engineer.

Client is in need of a Devops engineer to help with workload for the existing Devops team.

so if someone does not have the blended MS and Open source background that is OK.
