• Hands-on experience in Java, J2EE and associated technologies.

• Hands-on experience of frameworks (Spring/ Struts/Hibernate)

• Good knowledge in Oracle 10g or higher (PL/SQL).

• Experience in SWING/AWT, JSPs/Servlet and XML.

• Good knowledge of Webservices (RESTFUL)

• Knowledge of application servers (Weblogic/Jboss)

• Knowledge of design patterns and involved in architecture/design of Java/J2EE applications

• Hands-on experience on source code control tools

• Good knowledge of SDLC life cycle and documentation

• Good knowledge of planning and prioritization

• Excellent and matured communication skills required at client side and interpersonal skills.

• Good to have knowledge of performance tuning tools

• Familiarity with clinical and Pharma domain would be a plus point.

• Preferred experience working with offshore/onshore model.
