Additionally, this position assists agency staff cross-functionally in development of documented business processes and process improvement projects; collaborates with process owners and arrives at process improvement recommendations to improve customer service and service optimization.

Extensive business consulting or project management experience; Extensive business process analysis and requirements analysis experience; Demonstrated ability to capture and analyze process cycles; Demonstrated ability to work with personnel at all levels within the organization or agencies, to lead and influence teams; Advanced skills in VISIO, training experience.

• Experience with AD utilities (e.g., AD Administration, AD Controller, AD Merge Patch , AD Relink,and Auto Patch); backup and restoration techniques.
• Experience in install,upgrade, patch and clone Oracle Applications (eBusiness Suite) and databases; identify and analyze problem data and other issues, utilize Oracle service request (Oracle Metalink).
• Experience in managing Oracle Ebusiness Application Suite in Linux Environment.

7+ Year experiance required in the following

• Cloning
• Backup and recovery
