Ø  Experience in setting up MUDE (Multi User Development Environment) in RPD, for multiple user access which helps parallel work, during development hase of the project.

Ø  Experience in working in all the 3 layers of RPD(Physical Layer, Business Model & Presentation Layer),Connection pools, Alias tables, Aggregate tool, Time series, Dimension Hierarchy, Level Based Measures, Filters, Prompts, iBots, Delivers, Pivot Tables, and Charts.

Ø  Experience in different types and levels of Security setup like - groups , access / report level and object level, row level , catalog security  and Role based Security,

Ø  Experience in Developing Informatica mappings / Mapplets – SDE Mappings (Source Dependent Extraction) and SIL Mappings (Source Independent Loading)  using Informatica to load data from OLTP to OLAP.

Ø  Expertise in Configuration of DAC (Data warehouse Administration Console) for setting up Full Load and Incremental Load. It also includes maintenance and troubleshooting issues in Full / Incremental Loads in DAC

Ø  Experience in merging RPD, merging objects in Presentation Catalog using Catalog Manager and relevant tools.

Ø  Experience in migrating RPD, Presentation Catalog, Informatica workflows from DEV to QA and from QA to PROD environment using OBIEE and Informatica administration tools.

Ø  Excellent Communication, Analytical, Interpersonal, Presentation skills and is experienced in working with different levels of managers and developers across multiple disciplines.

Lead Manual Tester - POS (Point of Sale)
Location: Cincinnati OH

GENERAL FUNCTION:

MANUAL TESTER - test medium to large POS or SAP testing projects (system/functional/integration/regression) for all applications (retail, lab, SAP) including the testing coordination and validation with other CSC interfaces (i.e. SAP, Central Lab, Payroll, Sales Audit, EyeMed etc.)
The tester is responsible for the overall quality of any application release, and approval of application readiness for release to production; if quality does not meet standards, responsible for writing defects and communication of impact to testing. .

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and create test scripts related to scoped requirements.
• Establish daily priorities for the test systems and manage test execution to meet the priorities and timeline.
• Participate in all cycles and validation efforts for final certification and sign-off.
• Coordinate activities with key business partners (IT, EyeMed, EAI etc.) to facilitate testing needs and coordinate any support needed from RCC to support their interface testing efforts.
• Work with SMEs to implement test scenarios and test scripts to address new system functionality outlined in delivered business requirements.
• Setup Quality Center with identified test scripts for specific test cycle for both new functionality and regression testing.
• Manage and maintain the test documentation within the Quality Center tool.
• Document and deliver written defects through Quality Center to development team for defect fixes; identifying test effort needed to appropriately test defect as well as regression test around defect once fix is delivered.
• Work with environment manager to maintain and setup test environments to align with production and support test data needs for RCC application releases.
• Attend defect meetings weekly/daily with development to insure proper delivery of defect fixes and priority of defect fixes to meet timeline.
• Create SQL/PSQL database queries to verify published data requests, retrieve specific data sets and results as needed for testing/verification purposes.
• Maintain and organize test evidence for Sox compliance standards related to defined guidelines and retention period.
