·         Having experience and knowledge of ETL, Data Integration, Data Warehouse development Strong experience in BODS ETL Design, development, testing, implementation, and support of integration solutions

·         Should have good understanding of RDBMS principles

·         Experience with large Full Life Cycle (FLC) project implementations

·         Ability to perform sizing and effort estimations for the ETL work and come up with staffing plans

·         Good interfacing and strong communication skills

·         Proficient in Oracle / SQL programming

·         Experience in BODS Performance tuning, Partitioning and other advanced concepts

·         Experience with various SDLC methodologies o Excellent analytical, problem solving and debugging skills
