• ITIL Training
• VB Script/Java Script Knowledge
• SQL Database Knowledge
• Basic Windows/UNIX Admin Skills
• Should have worked on Integrations with Monitoring tools
• Knowledge on CMDB
• Strong HP ServiceCenter/HP Service Manager (7.x / 9.x) development and deployment experience
• ITIL Concepts
• Understands the HP Suite architecture to effectively migrate services to 9.x
• Ability to generate strong technical and process detailed documentation
• Advises on options, risk, and potential impacts on business processes and technical architecture
• Capable of managing and leading teams to meet project scope and exceed client requirements
• Validate service, Configuration Item (CI) Data readiness and integrations with new SM 9.x (CI Relationships and ongoing maintenance) 
• Validate different federated sources for CMDB, integration points, impacts on entire product lifecycle
• Serves as the subject matter experts on the proper build, configuration and implementation of HP Tools
• Provides solution specific focus on architecture of tools.
• Good Communication

Desirable Technical and Functional Skills:
• HP Service Center/ Manager Certification
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• HP Connect–IT exp
• Web Services exp
• Service Catalog & Request Mgmt module implementation exp on HPSM
