Job Description:
* Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners) for IT staffing business in USA
* Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill
* Involve in complete recruitment cycle – from sourcing to placing and contracting
* Handle a small team of recruiters, motivate and mentor them
* Grow the account businesses and be accountable for revenue targets

Desired Profile:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT staffing business development/account management in the US market.
* Must have prior experience with various Tier-1 Vendors and should be able to identify/target potential vendors in US.
* Strong relationship with clients/partners and a consistent track record of achieving business through them.
* Aggressive and Target oriented with ability to achieve agreed revenue targets Independently during the 1st year.
* Expert level recruitment skills. Experience understanding client job requirements and identifying avenues to find and search suitable candidates
* Understanding of visa related issues and tax terms and contracting processes such as H1-B, EAD, OPT, TN, Etc and tax terms C2C (Corp-Corp), 1099, W2 hourly, W2 employee (Salaried and percentage) and immigration process.
* Experience technically qualifying the candidates through stringent interview process and preparing candidates for client interviews.
* Should have excellent communication skills and Client facing and Presentation Skills
* Should be willing to work in the US time zone.
