Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years as a Business Analyst with experience working in an Agile environment
Process driven analysis skills and a background in various requirements elicitation methods.
Must be able to operate in a fast paced environment with very little hand holding.
Strong facilitation skills. Must be able to elicit requirements from various functions across organizational and geographical boundaries, and, manage scope through requirement classification and prioritization.
Strong technical writing/documentation skills, including an ability to produce requirements documentation.
