Job Summary: Under direct guidance, is responsible for the successful migration of data from legacy systems into SAP. Interacts with various team resources in the transformation, load and verification of data objects for the global implementation of SAP. Candidates must also have extremely strong backgrounds with SQL.
Essential Functions:
• Work with the various team resources to gather and understand the business rules needed for data migration.
• Ability to translate business rules into SQL statements to meet the business needs.
• Follow global methodologies for migrating data objects.
• Work with team resources and business users to create defined reports that meet the business specifications.
• Load legacy data into the enterprise system, SAP, using standard methodology to generate batch reports
• Using established procedures to document the processes used for migration and report generation.
