Technical/Functional Skills:
• Experience and expertise in J2EE Web Applications development
• Work experience in JSF, spring, Hibernate, Ajax, JavaScript, SQL & PL/SQL.
• Nice to have experience in JQuery and other latest Java UI frameworks and technologies, drools rule engine framework.
• Good experience in Web logic application server would be preferred.
Experience required: 4+ years
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop & deploy J2EE code base, rule implementation using drools Rule Engine and Web Services implementation.
• Co-ordinate with offshore team on a daily basis.
• Unit test the application deliverables & co-ordinate with QA team
• Perform in-depth analysis and provide recommendations
• Co-ordinate with the business & product teams for project requirements
Generic Managerial Skills:
• Excellent analytical and research skills
• Facilitate customer meetings for deliverables signoff
• Participation in client and project meetings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute on assigned deliverables
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and business processes
