Position :  SSRS DEVELOPER

Location : Chattanooga, TN

Duration: 6+ Month

Description :

Duties:
- Work with project lead and business users to gather requirements, conduct analysis and prioritize requests
- Translate report requirements into technical specifications for other team members.
- Contribute to and support the organization*s Business Intelligence strategy
- Develop, implement and maintain test strategies and plans.
- Design and implement reporting applications including (but not limited to) BI dashboards, reporting cubes and static reports.
- Convert existing reporting tools to a standardized reporting infrastructure using SQL and Microsoft products.
- Design and implement the data loading (ETL) and publishing processes within the DW / BI environment.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

* High level of proficiency withMust have strong skills in Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 inclueing T-SQL Programming, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS),
* Experienced in developing Business Intelligence solutions (reports, dashboards, scorecards) using Microsoft SSRS, SSAS, and MDX in a data warehousing environment.
* Strong organizational skills and an ability to work without direct supervision. Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in working with internal customers.
* Exemplary written and oral communication skills.
* Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills
* Bachelor*s degree in Computer Science, Information Computer Systems, Computer Engineering or a related degree with equivalent work experience.
* 3+ years work experience in the area of development using SSRS, T-SQL technologies
* Health Insurance domain experience preferred
* ETL experience is a plus.
