§  HTML, CSS, JS

§  Adobe tools suite

§  XML/XSL

o    Development Skills

§  Application programming using either Java/ .NET technologies

o    Relational DB knowledge

§  Relational queries

o    Analytical Skills

§  Understand Complex application architectures

§  Develop solution design/architecture

§  Troubleshooting ability

o    Personal Skills

§  Proven success record

§  Self motivated/driven

§  Ability to work within team environment/ individual basis

                                         Good communication skills
