Job Description:
Provide use scenarios and specific system engineering requirements for PMOSS applications, with focus on Layer 3 networks (IP/MPLS) for Network Element Performance monitoring , Packet Loss/Delay, routing anomalies detection and reporting.
We are seeking a system engineer to support Performance Management for the AT&T Layer 3 networks. Specifically, the candidate will need to have expertise in router configurations and knowledge of SNMP to gather MIB information. The candidate must also possess data analysis skills and the ability to use scripts to obtain information from the network. Additionally, this candidate should have sound knowledge of software development and the ITUP process and must be able to communicate requirements effectively both verbally and through the written word – so these skills are a must.
