Technical/Functional Skills: Strong Message Broker knowledge & with hands on experience WMQ, WMB 6.0, 7.1. Experience in implementation, support and rollout projects. Exposure to ITIL framework & Quality Center for defects. Preferred experience in Retail domain.
Experience required: 3 - 4 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Attend and fix production issues. Handling Incident Management and Work Request.
• Coordination with client and Business users for Incident management.
• Analyze application stability and take action accordingly.
• Identify temporary fix and restore issues in within defined SLA.
• Identify recurring issues and provide permanent fix through Problem Management.
• Identify design gaps and propose solutions
• Identify support Role requirements for new releases
Generic Managerial Skills:
• Willingness to work in a collaborative onsite\offshore support model
• Proposal of solutions for design gaps and problem management
• Use of metrics to support continual transition improvement
