We have a contract opportunity for an SAP HR Tester.  MUST be senior.

 

Client is seeking a Senior level SAP – HR testing and support specialist with at least 8 years of hands-on design/ build application experience to implement a proof-of-concept idea to support a consistent, enterprise-wide testing strategy for SAP Applications.  In order to successfully fill the role in this position, the candidate must have thorough knowledge of the HR Module in SAP which includes, but is not limited to :  Employee Self Service (ESS), Supervisor Self Service (SSS), Time Management, Quotas, Work Schedules, Workers Compensation, Benefits Enrollment, Universal Work Lists (UWL), and Organizations Structure.

Required skill set
• Experience in a SAP HR Support Role with identifying and resolving system issues and bugs – 8 yrs
• Design, configure, test, and document manual, SAP HR functional test cases utilizing HP QC Test Module for unit/integration testing, utilizing the Defect Module to record issues  – 6 yrs
• Plan, develop, and document program changes or new functionality to actively participate in workshops and design reviews that include technical and functional team members  – 8 yrs
• Thorough understanding of QA testing in an SAP Environment – 8 yrs
• Ability to integrate technical expertise and business understanding to assist with identifying and documenting testing requirements – 10 yrs
• Demonstrated business acumen and leadership skills to independently meet deliverables and objectives of the SAP HR Functional Testing requirements – 8 yrs
• Prior program/project management experience in a complex SAP environment – 8 yrs
• Experience interpreting documented SAP HR Functional Test Procedures, and utilize the information to independently plan, test, and lead a change in testing methodology – 4 yrs
• Ability to provide guidance and training for project resources with the best practices and processes for SAP HR Functional (Unit/Integration) Testing and process modeling – 8 yrs

Desired skill set
• Experience with 11.x version of HP Quality Center/ALM enterprise edition or prior experience with HPQC and the Defect Management Module – 6 yrs
• Understanding of Live Compare/Live Model software – 3 yrs
