Qualifications:
Excellent project management skills
8+ years of experience with testing at different levels (unit, string, system, performance, and user acceptance) on complex enterprise-wide technical projects
Strong functional and performance testing experience with an SAP product, preferably the SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application
Strong real-time and file-based integration testing experience; requires a bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, business or equivalent experience; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong experience interacting with technical, business, and upper management teams
Ability to provide attention to detail; quick to adapt to changing project requirements and testing constraints (environment, resource, schedule, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with proven ability to handle multiple-tasks at the same time; understanding of all aspects of software lifecycle and project methodologies
Responsibilities:
The Software Test Lead will be responsible for effectively managing the test process for an enterprise project.
This position will be responsible for the overall master test strategy and coordination and execution of the testing lifecycle across multiple test efforts according to company guidelines and standards.
The software test lead is expected to provide functional and technical leadership in the areas of unit, string, system (white and black box), performance, and user acceptance testing.
Working with the business process owners and internal business clients will require an understanding of the business processes and requirements to effectively execute and manage the testing process.
