Siebel Business Analyst

Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills

• Overall 5+ year exp and experience in Siebel e consumer goods
• Knowledge of SDLC.
 • Lead requirements gathering and analysis, and support design activities.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore  solutions
• Plan and design business processes and make recommendations to improve and support business processes
• Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and document the result
• Lead testing activities while providing support and clarifications during other stages of the project
• Perform as functional expert in creating complex test case scenarios for testing and/or monitoring the testing of business applications to verify that client requirements are incorporated into the system design.
• Provides input into the development and modification of systems to meet client needs
• In depth functional knowledge of Siebel is desirable.
• Experience with Siebel 7.8 is must, 8.X is highly desirable
• Experience with Siebel functional testing is desirable

• Functional Knowledge of Media Domain
