Location: Near Foster City , CA
Duration: 6 +Months
The consultant should have overall 7-8 years of IT experience with a minimum of 5 years in audit roles.
Must have experience in SOX as well has have good general IT audit experience.
Should have good knowledge of business flow and implementation process.
Should have said experience for 2-3 years minimum in larger companies with large-scale initiatives.
Should have experience with some/most of the following:
Risk Management
IT Governance implementation (COBIT)
Compliance Analysis – Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), Internal Audit, ITAudit (IT Application Controls (ITAC), IT General Controls (ITGC), IT Entity Level Controls (ELC), and Key Reports
Segregation of Duties (SOD) Analysis
Organizational Change Management reviews
Reviews/audits of major SAP and other ERP system implementations and upgrades
SSAE 16 (SAS 70) Audits
