·              Should have 5+ Years of experience in Java/J2ee Development.

·              Good experience working with Hibernate Framework.

·              Good knowledge of Spring or Struts Framework.

·              Web services(SOAP Or REST) Experience.

·              Strong experience with Core Java(Multithreads, Collections, Design pattern)

·              JSP, Servlet.

·              Tomcat/ Weblogic .

·              Excellent communications Skills.
