Direct Client :- Supportability Project Manager ( WA , 6+ Months ).

Location: Redmond, WA
Duration :- 6+ Months

Role :- Supportability PM .

Mandatory Technical Skills :-
1.        Analyze, Identify and drive top issues to resolution.
2.        Lead T1/T2/T3 triage meetings to understand the top support call drivers and provide support needed.
3.        Participate in regular triage meetings to have the bugs addressed.
4.        Follow-up with the Product Groups/MSIT owners on Blocking/Critical bugs.
5.        Understand the taxonomy to enable better reporting of top issues.
6.        Analyze Help Desk incidents and issues for IE and Office

Manage and drive bugs with feature teams and deliver bug status reports
•            Generate Top Issues Report prepared through analysis and an intimate understanding of product failure scenarios including a detailed technical summary and historical trending.
•            Knowledge of Excel with reports and pivot tables
•            Knowledge of SQL
•            Some development background (C#, ASP.NET etc.)

Desirable Technical Skills :-
ASP.NET, C#


Total Experience Required :-

5+ Years of total IT Exp required.
