Mandatory Technical Skills

• Experience working in large enterprise environments. Cross-departmental project experience is fundamental to success in the Advanced Cisco Experience. 
• Able to translate project specifications and requirements into project plans will be critical to the roll. 
• Visio and Power Point presentation familiarity is required. 
• Being able to work in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Communication and writing skills (SPM will write comms to ACE audience for items such as outages, upgrades, overall maintenance)
• Ability to delegate and follow up on tasks
• Ability to multitask projects and issues
• Project Management Professional, PMP 
• Proactive, not reactive

Desirable Technical Skill/ Responsibilities

• Other requirements from the role:
• Automation and Metric capture
