Role: Oracle HRMS / Payroll Consultant
Duration: Long term
Location: Irving, TX
Job Requirements:
The candidate for the above captioned position should exhibit the following requirements:-
· Provide Support for Oracle 11.5.10.2 HR & Payroll system
· Provide support for current Discoverer reports as well as develop new reports as requested
· Assist with data loads and data clean-up of HR related data
· Monitor interfaces with 3rd party systems and help resolve issues
· Assist with maintaining position hierarchies, work structures, security profiles, & user access
· Assist with Benefits Open Enrolment project
· Testing
· Documentation
· Administrative duties such as monitoring service tickets, providing statistics on service tickets, & other duties as requested.
· Highly motivated, flexible team player with demonstrated ability to thrive in a business-critical high stress environment
· Excellent customer service, problem solving, and written and oral communication skills
· Previous experience supporting Oracle 11i HR/OAB & Payroll.
· Able to support and test the system.
· Previous experience with Discoverer
· Ability to train users in a group setting
