Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

Ø  Work collaboratively with team members throughout the organization to obtain information needed to produce deliverables

Ø  Responsible for working with QA Leads and Project Workstreams to define and communicate strategies for integrating system/apps into the Integrated

Ø  Business Process Test (IBPT) Phase

Ø  Coordinate with Dress Rehearsal and "Go-Live" processes

Ø  Create IBPT environment structure and coordination process

Ø  Work with infrastructure lead to create and maintain the IBPT test environment

Ø  Identify required "communications"  owners/groups for IBPT

Ø  First-call for all IBPT questions

Ø  Coordinate vendor contacts and interaction with IBPT phase

Ø  Involve all IBPT participants, educate them on how to participate

Ø  Coordinate all IBPT activities, e.g.,

Ø  Business Sequence Of Events choreography

Ø  Communication across organization:

Ø  IBPT objectives, goals and expectations

Ø  IT Workstreams & Vendors

Ø  Cetera Business Workstream teams

Ø  Business Owners and Departments

Ø  Other QA duties as assigned.

Skills and Other Requirements

 

Ø  At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in IT on multiple platforms, operating systems, and software

Ø  Minimum 7 years' experience as a Sr. QA Analyst

Ø  Four-year university degree or college diploma in the field of Computer Science, Engineering, or a directly related field

Ø  Brokerage Industry knowledge very desirable

Ø  Ability to plan and execute equally well independently or within a team

Ø  Facilitation skills

Ø  Presentation skills

Ø  Risk Assessment skills

Ø  Conflicts and issues resolution and escalation

Ø  Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and other business/financial applications

Ø  Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required

Ø  Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with technical, non-technical and executive personnel orally and in writing

Ø  Highly self-motivated and directed

Strong customer service orientation
