User Interface Engineer
Overview
Seeking experienced User Interface Engineer who is highly motivated and enthusiastic to join our Core Technology team and make a difference! This is an exciting opportunity within a company that is growing at a rapid pace.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance UI side of existing J2EE applications.
- Create, develop and document new features.
- Work with other business and development teams when required for testing and issue resolution.
Required Skills
- 5+ years front-end development experience in a rapid release environment
- Real desire for creating beautiful user interface
- Dedication to providing a remarkable user experience
- An excellent design sense
- High level knowledge ofjQuery, Javascript, CSS2/3 and HTML4/5
- Fluency speaking JSON via AJAX
Required Experience
- BS in related field or equivalent work experience, plus additional 5 years related experience.
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of Photoshop or similar visual design tools.
- Working in a Unix/Linux environment.
- Working knowledge with source version control software (CVS, SVN).
