Job Title: J2EE Developer

Location: DEARBORN, Michigan

Duration: 6+Months

Rate: DOE

Job Description:

J2EE Development and Support of the suite of Pinnacle Loan Origination applications. - Interact with the business customers to define Business Requirements - Analyze and design application enhancements per requirements - Code, test and implement enhancements and corrections - Perform load/performance testing - Participate in production support pager duty rotation including weekend and off-hour support coverage

 

Skills required:

5+ years experience with HTML/JavaScript/XML/JSP server side Java-based environment - 5+ years experience with J2EE - 2+ years experience with SUSE Linux 10 64 bit, WebLogic 10, BEA jRocket, Cisco GSS hardware a plus - 3+ year experience with DB2 and/or DB2 Connect - 3+ year experience with PVCS or Accurev, ANT - 5+ year experience with a Java-based IDE - Experience with Windows 7 - Experience with application load testing and performance tuning - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Strong ability to multi-task effectively - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work individually or as a member of a team - Strong oral and written communication skills - Strong Quality Assurance

 

Skills preferred:

VB.Net a plus

 

Experience required:

Minimum 5 years IT experience - Minimum 5 years experience designing, developing, implementing and supporting browser-based J2EE applications - Experience with load testing and performance tuning J2EE applications

 

Education required:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or similar technical discipline preferred

 

Education preferred:

SUN Certified for J2EE platform a plus
