Position: ETL QA Tester
Location: West Chester PA
Duration: Long Term
Job Description:
The key is the underlined section. They need MDX experience. If they do, there is a good chance they get the job. Without it, I can't speak to them.
- Minimum 7 years QA experience
- At least 3-4 years BI testing experience
- Must have strong SQL and MDX background; OLAP Cube, any one BI Tool - Cognos/Microstrategy/BO experience preferred
- Knowledge of OLAP, Facts and Dimensions
- Experience testing business intelligence reporting solutions
- Experience testing the ETL solutions developed
- Perform back-end testing of the ETL and between the source and target using SQL queries
- Understand the mapping of data (one sub-system to another sub-system)
- Experience with data analysis
- Experience with Test planning
-Excellent communication/coordination skills
- QC
