Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst

Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) who has experiences in BO reporting, system support

Interview Process: The business model is phone interview and then mandatory in person with the team

Extensive BO/ report, dashboard and some universe development. Strong BA and PM who can self start w/ minimal or limited direction to run with assignments, solving problems, manage projects...Must have soft skills. We are very relationship base and would like to make sure these individuals can fit in with the team w/o any relationship conflict.

Duties: Experienced Business Systems Analyst with demonstrated BSA work experience on multiple projects. Strong in full lifecycle of IT project work, from requirements gathering through functional specifications/design and user acceptance testing. Demonstrated ability managing complex requirements in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Agile and waterfall methodology experience preferred.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Provides front line systems support to Medical Communications and other business functions
• Manage and develop Business Object Reports per business needs
• Perform data analysis as needed
• Liaise with IT to ensure accuracy and completeness in user requirements, functional requirements, technical specifications, process flow diagrams; may configure some system settings and/or options; also, partner with IT to drive implementation of technical solutions.
• Facilitate and collaborate with cross functional business stakeholders and project manager including technical team from IT
• Conduct feasibility studies and gap-analysis for improvements through automation and/or business process changes
• Analyze/document current and future business process models
• Analyze/document high-level requirements (scope)
• Analyze/document detailed functional requirements and business rules (use cases)
• Analyze/document data requirements (from business needs perspective)
• Support planning of user acceptance test (UAT), including creation of UAT scripts
• Perform knowledge transfer to training and communication teams and support user deployment activities as needed

Skills: Experience Profile
• 8-10 years experience as an IT business systems analyst and a demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to quickly produce clearly written, well-organized documentation; excellent presentation and meeting facilitation skills
• Proven skills in relationship building, customer-focus, decision-making, and problem solving
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn the business in unfamiliar areas
. Experienced with Business Objects Reporting ?develop reports & knowledge of BO universe is a plus
. SQL experienced
. Knowledge of Google site development is a plus
• Experience and understanding of any of the following areas a plus:
*Pharmaceutical/Biotech environment
*Business processes in case management, reimbursement management and support.
Education: • BA/BS in Business, Science, or Computer Science preferred
