Job Title: Lead SQL Developer
Location: Redmond, WA
Duration: 6+ Months

Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for technical design and build and unit testing of quota management solution using stored procedures, SQL and MS BI tools stack.

·         This role requires good communication skills and daily interaction with client's business leaders and IT program managers.

·         Perfect candidate would have strong technical BI skills, mathematical background/education with good communications skills.

Primary Skills/Must Have:

·         Strong hands on skills on stored procedures, SQL, Dynamic SQL, T-SQL and SSIS (5+ years)

·         Strong hands on skills on data modelling and database skills (5+ years)

·         Experience on MS BI stack – SSAS, SSRS, SSIS, and PowerPivot (3+ years)

·         Experience creating detailed technical design for complex ETL calculations / data models (5+ years)

·         Good communication and presentation skills

·         Experience on ETL performance tuning

·         Strong problem solving skills

·         Ability to provide guidance to team members

·         Ability to work independently with minimal assistance

Secondary Skills/Nice to Have:

·         Huge plus if person knows C#

·         Sales compensation functional area

·         Mathematical background (responsibility to define complex distribution logic calculations using SQL/SPROC/ETL)

·         Experience on Agile development

·         Microsoft TFS
