Title: MISMO Data Modeler

Location: NYC, NY

Duration: 6+ Months

Skills Required

·         In-depth knowledge of MISMO compliance requirements and technical specifications.

·         In-depth knowledge of MISMO LDD structure and cross mapping analysis.

·         In-depth knowledge of database concepts and data modeling concepts.

·         Data analysis and physical data model, database design experience (preferably Erwin).

·         In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of RDBMS systems, specifically Sybase, Teradata, and/or Oracle.

·         Strong SQL skills and database programming skills including creating views, stored procedures and triggers, and implementing referential integrity, designing and coding for performance.

·         In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience Unix/Linux programming (shell and Perl).

·         Experience customizing data distribution in structured formats to disparate target systems (Share Point, Meta Data Repository, Data marts, External Data Feeds).

·         Strong Communication skills.

·         Experience writing/supporting user reporting using Business Objects or similar tool.

Skills Desired

·         Experience in the Financial Industry, Retail Mortgages

·         One or more Informatica, Business Objects, Teradata, or Oracle Development
