Experience: Production support, little bit experience in development in Microsoft technology
Skills:
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft technology like ASP / ASP.Net, IIS, SQL Server database,
- Provide technical expertise in application support in .NET / ISS / etc.,
- Responsible for incident analysis and triage
- Responsible for incident resolution and problem management
- Applies functional knowledge and technical expertise in recommending changes and maintenance
- Interaction with 3rd parties and client teams
- Supporting applications developed in different technology like ASP, ASP.Net
- Handling deployments in different environments
- Handling production incidents
- Coordination with different support teams like Wintel, DBA, Unix etc.
- Working directly with client, vendor and end user
- Coordination with offshore team
- Must have excellent comm. skills
