MongoDB Specialist: Senior resource with hands on experience as an MongoDB Administrator
Individual will be part of a team providing MongoDB and other NOSQL Database Services for a variety of mission-critical custom and packaged software applications. This is a newly forming team within our enterprise IT organization, so you will help shape our MongoDB infrastructure capabilities.
Required experiences:
• 5 + years in the Information Technology profession.
• 3 + years working as Database Administrator.
• 3 + years of UNIX working experience.
• 1 + year experience with administration of MongoDB or any other NoSQL Databases.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Broad knowledge of relational database technologies
• Ability to pick up new technologies and concepts in a rapidly growing and evolving business
• Willingness and ability to participate in on-call rotation
Preferred experiences:
MongoDB.
Cloud/Virtual environments
Knowledge of Hadoop
