Scope of Services:
Qualified candidate to support network operations and projects.
1. Identify, research and resolve system and network operations problems, frequently on an individual basis in consultation with other staff and/or users.
2. Design, install, configure and document network infrastructure for project initiatives.
3. Upgrade software and firmware on network infrastructure
4. Lifecycle Management of network infrastructure
Skills Needed:
The successful candidate should have a broad technical background, good interpersonal communications skills and a strong focus towards customer service in addition to:
1. A 2-yr college degree
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience implementing and Cisco network infrastructure
3. Cisco Certified Design Associate
4. Cisco Certified Network Associate Security Certification
5. Cisco Certified Network Associate Wireless
Preferred Qualifications:
1. A 4-yr college degree
2. Cisco Certified Design Professional
3. Cisco Certified Network Professional
4. Cisco Certified Network Professional Security
5. Cisco Certified Network Professional Voice
6. Cisco Certified Network Professional Wireless
7. Avaya Implementation Professional Specialist
