overall functional design & governance design for the Oracle KM system.
Utilize business knowledge and Oracle KM product knowledge to assist with configuration design, process design, and interface design, as well as to develop strategies for change management , communication , and training.
Significant experience implementing Oracle Knowledge at large enterprises and/or large contact centers is necessary.
