Position : QA Mobile Tester
Location : Minneapolis , MN
Duration: 6+ Months (long term potential)
Interview : Phone / Skype ( Face to Face for Locals)

Job Description 

•        Will be part of the Dotcom testing Center of Excellence on a Browse Product team. 

•        Product teams are responsible for the whole process from ideation to delivery. 

•        The Browse Product Team covers the customer browsing experience for all views of the site (desktop to mobile).    

•        The projects will vary, but responsible for implementing quality assurance programs both manually and automated. 

Job Responsibilities

•        Independently determine and develop approaches to solutions. Assist with complex problems regarding testing approaches, application knowledge, and technical knowledge.

•        Document and summarize test results and report findings.

•        Develop and provide testing metrics and reports for the QA dashboard to effectively communicate test status to the test team and management.

•        Deliver effective and efficient testing solutions by meeting key project milestones and overall project deliverables on time, and adhering to development and quality standards.

•        Work with QA Analysts and Developers to ensure that all aspects of the system have proper testing coverage and overall system reliability, performance and quality.

•        Perform other duties as assigned

Must Have Skills

•        Mobile Testing experience

•        Strong Leadership abilities

•        Recent Agile experience (within the past year)

•        Experience working in short release cycles

•        Strong knowledge of testing disciplines and methodologies.

•        Strong documentation skills.

•        Analytical thinker, detailed oriented.

•        Expert knowledge of computer hardware and software.

•        Good problem solving skills.

•        Exposure to REST Services

Preferred Skills

•        Automation Testing experience (Selenium)

•        Technical as well as front end testing experience
