Position: Oracle Applications Developer HRMS/Payroll Consultant
Location: Kansas City, MO
Duration: 12+ Months
VISA Status: No Constraints
Pay Rate: $Open/hr
No of Positions: 2
Responsible for defining business need, application scope and objectives, analysis and solution recommendation and application software implementation.
· Coordinates all phase of system development and implementation including design, coding, testing, documentation, training and implementation.
· Responsible for application interfaces and data conversion.
· Responsible for ensuring that team follows program standards, development methodology and project management techniques.
· Provide analysis of potential solutions and develops input for build or buy recommendations.
Requirements:
· Must have permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
· 5+ years of Oracle R12 development and production support experience with HR modules
· Functional experience with HR modules is a plus
· Experience in Payroll and OAB modules is a plus
· Proficient with Oracle Operations Framework (OAF)/ Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) experience
· Proficient with Oracle Workflow / Approval Management Engine (AME)
· Proficient with Shell scripting in Linux/Unix
Optional Skills:
· Experience with BI Publisher/XML Publisher
· Experience in Forms troubleshooting and Forms personalization
· Experience in Report writing (.PDF) and Adhoc Report Writing
· Experience writing OAB and Payroll Fast Formulas
· Good understanding of HRMS date tracked tables
