Job Description :

Role: OpenText Administrator

Duration: 10+ months.

Location: INVER GROVE HEIGHTS, MN

NON-LOCAL FINE, H1B FINE, SKYPE INTERVIEW FINE

MUST BE TECHNICAL CONSULTANT, NOT FUNCTIONAL

Position Summary

There is an immediate need for a contract (10+month) OpenText Administrator. The position will work on installation, implementation, support of products like Archive Server, ICC, Document Presentment server components, ECM etc.

Position Requirements and Experience: 

• Strong administrative skills in all aspects of OpenText Products (Archive Server, ICC, Document Presentment server components, ECM etc.)
• Understands processes and best practices of developing and implementing a new Enterprise Content Management System (OPEN TEXT)
• Defines and develops repeatable and/or customized ECM solutions including requirements and specification, database and data architecture.
• System design and architecture, workflow, and other development, and the qualification of final product via user acceptance testing, pilots.
• Benchmarking, reporting, pre-production testing and operational readiness at the time of delivery.
• Researches and recommends new technologies, development tools and development methodologies.
• Provides 24x7 tier 2 technical and functional support for all OpenText products and applications.
• Installation/admin on databases (SQL Server is preferred).
• Working knowledge of Windows 2012, 2014 clusters.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server Databases.
• Working knowledge of System health checks / trace analysis.
• Performance tuning of SQL Server databases and OpenText components.
• Worked on more than 2 Lifecycle implementations.
• Integration knowledge with SAP is a MUST.
• Experience integrating VIM (Vendor Invoice Management)
