Mandatory Technical Skills

1. Candidate must have 4-5 Years of experience in Performance Testing
2. Experience in creating the scripts and executing performance Testing using HP Loadrunner.
3. Experience with creating and executing Test cases and Test plans.
4. Understanding of Model-View-Controller framework will be an advantage

Desirable Technical Skills

Prefer to have Application Lifecycle Management knowledge
Must have very good coordination and communication skills.
Work independently and coordinate with Offshore team for execution of Performance Test cases
Coordination with business stakeholders
Good Communication skills verbal and non-verbal are Must.
Good knowledge on Agile methodology
